Art. 1 Scope of Application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales executed by the Seller through the Website.

1.2 Where supported, purchasing as a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to trade, business, craft or profession constitutes an acquisition as a “Consumer” under European consumer protection directives and Legislative Decree 206/2005. Entering a corporate VAT number implies purchasing as a “Business / Professional Customer”.

1.3 Deadlines indicated refer to working business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Images and descriptions on the Website are illustrative; color shades may slightly vary according to display settings.

1.4 The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Website and apply to orders submitted thereafter.

1.5 The applicable terms are those in force at the time of purchase order transmission.

Art. 2 Purchasing on the Website

2.1 To purchase on the Website, the customer completes the guided checkout process. The contract is concluded when the electronic order is received on the Seller’s servers.

2.2 The customer undertakes to verify the accuracy of the personal details provided and keep account credentials confidential.

2.3 Following purchase confirmation, the customer receives an automated order confirmation email with complete transaction details.

Art. 3 Product Availability

3.1 Products offered are subject to real-time stock availability. In rare occurrences of concurrent orders causing unavailability, the customer will be promptly informed.

3.2 If an ordered item is unavailable and cannot be replenished within reasonable time, the customer is entitled to an equivalent replacement or full refund within 6 working days.

Art. 4 Prices and Billing

4.1 All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

4.2 The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; orders will always be billed at the prices displayed at the moment of order placement.

4.3 Shipping charges or free shipping thresholds are clearly detailed in the cart and during checkout before final order submission.

Art. 5 Payment Methods

5.1 The Website accepts major secure payment solutions: Credit / Debit Cards, PayPal, Klarna, Scalapay, Bank Wire Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.

5.2 All digital transactions are protected via 256-bit SSL encrypted financial gateways. The Seller never stores full credit card numbers.

Art. 6 Delivery of Products

6.1 Orders are dispatched to Italy and European destinations via express couriers (BRT, DHL, GLS, SDA, UPS).

6.2 Average delivery lead times range between 24 and 48 business hours from payment validation.

6.3 Upon receipt, the customer is invited to verify the parcel integrity and note any packaging damage on the courier manifest with reserve.

Art. 7 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

7.1 Consumer customers enjoy a statutory right of withdrawal without stating reasons within 14 calendar days from physical receipt of the goods.

7.2 To exercise withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller within the 14-day window via email or contact form. Items must be returned intact, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.

7.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller will issue a complete refund using the original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Art. 8 Legal Guarantee of Conformity

8.1 All consumer purchases are covered by the 24-month statutory Legal Guarantee of Conformity pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

8.2 Defects must be reported to the Seller within two months of discovery for repair, replacement or proportional reimbursement.

Art. 9 Manufacturer Guarantee

Where commercial manufacturer warranties exist, they operate in addition to, and do not restrict, statutory consumer guarantee rights.

Art. 10 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution (ODR)

10.1 Sales agreements concluded via the Website are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory protective consumer provisions in the customer’s country of habitual residence.

10.2 Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers may submit dispute claims through the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution portal: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
